Your privacy is important to us. TikiFlow is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We collect only the data required to provide our project-management services and will never sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third-party advertisers.

What We Collect

• Account details you provide (e-mail, username, profile image).
• Project, task, and message data you create while using the app.
• Wallet address for blockchain login (if you connect a wallet).

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you securely and personalize your experience.
• To store your projects, tasks, and settings so you can collaborate in real-time.
• To send notifications when you are assigned to a project or task.

Your Choices

• You may update your profile information at any time.
• You may delete your account in Settings. This will permanently remove your profile and all associated data (projects you created will be retained for assigned users unless transferred or deleted by you before account removal).

Data Security

All data is stored securely on Supabase Postgres servers with Row-Level Security enabled. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.
